Fruit Smoothie for the kids (and for you of course):
It’s berry season and what better way to blend all this berrie goodness into one gulp glass than with this recipe:
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
4 large strawberries
1/3 cup pomegranate juice
1/3 cup mango juice
2/3 cup milk
2 tbsp honey
Blend all ingredients together.
To make it icy cold you can add ice cubes, crushed ice or of course frozen berries.
